Our summer 2016 newsletter is now out, including the following, and more.
Queensferry Ambitions’ popular business networking events were relaunched this summer, with the first taking place in the Dakota Hotel on Thursday the 26th of May. Nearly 20 businesses came along for a chat and networking opportunities with other local businesses. All BID members are welcome to these events and they are completely free. All you have to do is turn up and grab a tea or coffee.
Business Improvement Grants
Could extra funding of £250 help boost your business? If so, Queensferry Ambition wants to hear from you. If you’re looking to make improvements to your signage, premises, marketing, training, e-commerce, or get involved in initiatives which are likely to increase or retain employment in South Queensferry and improve your current offer, you could be eligible for a grant of up to £250 available only to levy payers.
Queensferry Ambition was established in 2012 to work with local businesses to help make Queensferry an even better place to work, live and visit. It became Scotland’s 12th BID on July 30, 2012, after being voted in by a successful ballot and has since been working to deliver the projects and services as set out in the business plan. What has it achieved in the last four years?
